Dear Pancreas,
I'm afraid I have decided to terminate your employment. It has come to
my attention that you have not been doing the job which you have been
employed to do, instead you have, for some time now,shown yourself to be
lazy and clearly have no interest in doing your vital role. As a result
of this we are having to bring outsiders from the sharp-pointy
companies to perform your tasks.
I am sorry that you leave me no choice but to dismiss you for your blatant laziness and inability to perform.
